Legal Obligations for Homeschoolers

Homeschooling parents in South Africa are required to adhere to certain legal obligations as outlined by the Bela Bill. These include:

Registration: If your child is between the ages of 7 and 14, or has not yet completed grade 9, you must register them with your provincial Department of Education (DoE).
